As part of a funded strategic advisory programme, we delivered a consulting assignment to help the CEO of a small Charity update and further develop the business case for a new social enterprise.
This was a new venture for the organisation and required additional funding to launch.
Through facilitated sessions via Zoom, we provided support to challenge and test assumptions within the existing strategy, and to build new financial models that enabled scenario planning based on a blended mix of funding.
Our deliverable gave the Trustee Board a more robust business plan to build upon, as well as providing a set of tools and a dynamic financial model to ensure sustainability as funding options were put in place.
