Nish was the Managing Director of a SME property management and services company seeking to implement a significant change in the business.
Like many business owners, Nish struggled to balance the day-to-day running of his business with a longer-term strategy and plan.
He wanted help to think through and prioritise his time, as well a sounding board for his ideas.
Through one-to-one business coaching sessions, we worked with Nish to recognise, rank and achieve high priority goals in what was a period of evolution for the company.
Over a period of 6 months, Nish launched a new digital platform, hired 3 staff and relocated to new premises to accommodate his ambitious growth plans.
Commenting on the engagement, Nish acknowledged that without the structured sessions and coaching it would have been easy to “take my eye off the ball” and be otherwise overwhelmed by the pace of change.
