Following on from an initial founder mentoring assignment, we were engaged to support the development and scaling up of commercial operations.
The company provided digital news and event services globally to a niche business audience. Having recently introduced a subscription model, the client needed to accelerate sales to meet its growth targets.
Through a consulting engagement, we mapped current sales processes across digital and traditional channels and assisted the client in identifying improvements and further developing the skills of their team.
In addition we were retained to assist with the selection and on-boarding of new commercial team members.
Our support enabled the client to successfully drive 40% Y-on-Y growth and put in place the capabilities needed to reach the next level.
