Following on from an initial founder mentoring assignment, we were engaged to support the scaling up of commercial operations.
The company provided online media and events globally to a niche business audience involved in the technology sector. Having recently introduced a subscription model, the client needed to accelerate sales to meet its growth targets.
We helped map and codify their current sales processes across digital and traditional channels. Through a series of workshops we assisted the client in identifying improvements and further developing the skills of their team.
In addition we were retained to assist with the selection and on-boarding of new commercial team members.
Our support enabled the client to successfully drive sales growth of 40% Y-on-Y and put in place the capabilities needed to accelerate its new revenue model.
