We were approached by a UK manufacturing and distribution business with the challenge to resolve tensions that had developed within the management team around future growth plans.
Through a process of stakeholder engagement, we conducted interviews across the business and reported back to the leadership team on key issues and areas for change.
We then facilitated several sessions with all managers to achieve consensus and buy-in for change.
Subsequently, we were further engaged to work with the Board to identify and hire a key new member of the leadership team to help fulfil its long-term growth ambitions.
