We were approached by a UK manufacturing and distribution business with the challenge to resolve tensions that had developed within the management team around future growth plans.
Through a process of internal stakeholder engagement, we conducted interviews across the business and reported back to the business owners on key issues and areas for change.
We then facilitated workshops with the owners and managers to achieve consensus and buy-in for change.
Subsequently, we were further engaged to work with the business owners to identify and hire a key new member of the senior team to help fulfil its long-term growth ambitions.
