We were engaged by a Charity to review it’s portfolio of commercial activities and advise on changes to improve performance.
This consultancy assignment was part of a funded strategic support programme aimed at increasing resilience within the not-for-profit sector.
The client had a significant legacy asset used for commercial income generation, but had been underperforming for a number of years.
Working with the senior team, we facilitated a strategic review which included workshops to re-imagine new ways in which the operations could generate new income streams and value to the core organisation.
Outcomes from this project included a new operating model and customer focus, leading to a shift in the commercial model that was more aligned with the organisation’s values and mission.
