We were hired to develop a new income generation strategy for a non-profit membership organisation seeking to drive acquisition and engagement across multiple channels, including digital and social.
Working with the business development team, we facilitated workshops to map the competitive landscape, identify new routes to market, and develop a more compelling member proposition.
The scope also included undertaking perception audits with lapsed and existing member organisations, with feedback building on our final recommendations
