This was a project working with the digital innovations team within a £400m multinational consulting and outsourcing services company.
We were hired to help assess product-market fit for a new digital platform that had been developed specifically for Media and Retail companies.
We identified key market stakeholders within target organisations and engaged each one to uncover opportunities for proof-of-concepts. This approach opened up new routes-to-market for our client that had not been anticipated.
Over an accelerated 90-day project, we achieved 100% of performance objectives and delivered 27 x C-level meetings with the target audience for our client’s internal team to pursue.
