This was a project working with the digital innovations team within a £400m multinational consulting and outsourcing services company.
We were hired to help assess product-market fit for a new digital platform that had been developed specifically for Media and Retail companies.
We identified key market stakeholders within target organisations and engaged each one to research perceptions and uncover opportunities for proof-of-concepts. This approach opened up new routes-to-market for our client that had not been anticipated.
Over an accelerated 90-day project, we achieved 100% of performance objectives and delivered 27 x C-level meetings with the target audience for our client’s internal team to pursue.
