Network Development
- Organisation: Public Sector
- Sectors: Not-for-Profit, Social Enterprise, SMEs
As part of a UK government-funded initiative, we were engaged in a business development project to establish of an innovative online peer-network dedicated to providing robust support for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Community Enterprises.
Tasked with the responsibility of identifying and recruiting participants, we successfully curated five cohorts, each comprised of up to 12 business leaders in specific sectors, encompassing rural businesses, social enterprises, and charities.
Delivered entirely on Zoom, each cohort ran over 6 sessions, facilitated using action-learning principals to encourage peer-support and collaboration among participants.
Beyond the group sessions, one-to-one coaching was offered to address individual leadership challenges. This personalised approach allowed us to address specific professional and organisational issues faced by each participant, ensuring a tailored and impactful learning experience.
Tangible outcomes reported by network participants were both inspiring and transformative.
Many expressed the discovery of new opportunities for strategic partnerships, the creation and strengthening of valuable relationships, and an enhanced ability to navigate challenges, collectively contributing to increased business resilience.
We are proud to have been a key part of this impactful initiative; not only did we contribute to the building of a thriving and supportive peer-network but witnessed first-hand the positive effects on participants’ professional careers and organisational development.
