Network Development
- Organisation: Public Sector
- Sectors: Not-for-Profit, Social Enterprise, SMEs
As part of a UK government funded programme, we helped establish a new online peer-network aimed at supporting SMEs and Community Enterprises.
Our role was to identify and recruit participants for 5 cohorts of up to 12 business leaders in specific sectors, including rural businesses, social enterprises and charities.
Delivered entirely on zoom, each cohort ran over 6 sessions, facilitated using action-learning to encourage peer-support and collaboration.
In addition to the network sessions, one-to-one coaching was offered to address individual leadership challenges.
Participants in the programme reported new opportunities for partnerships, strengthened relationships and business resilience as key outcomes.
