Our client was a medium-sized charity working with a broad range of VCSE sector organisations and partner agencies.
We were engaged by the CEO who had been in the role less than 12 months and was seeking to explore how they could build a new partnership model to support collaboration and sustainability.
Initial consultations with the CEO uncovered some potential areas of resistance to their plans, and so our approach included initial stakeholder engagement activities to understand existing perceptions and shape workshop design.
After providing anonymised feedback, we then designed and delivered a bespoke workshop aimed at bringing together stakeholders to discuss the topic, identify opportunities and work towards developing a tangible partnership programme.
Through two facilitated workshops, which included the CEO and their senior leadership team, we captured outputs and documented actions and initiatives for the organisation to take forward.
The workshops became a catalyst for the client to setup and build an exciting new partnership model, benefiting all stakeholders in delivering collaborations and meaningful outcomes.
Commenting on the workshops the CEO felt that they moved things along far faster than they initially thought possible.
