Our engagement was to assist in developing a new strategy for a UK Membership Organisation which had seen declining levels of membership over several years.
We worked with the business development and leadership team to map the competitive landscape, identify new partnerships and routes to market, and develop a more compelling member proposition.
The strategy included driving existing engagement across new channels, including digital and social.
Through a research programme and interviews with key stakeholders, we also made recommendations for internal changes to improve member acquisition.
